We have been part of the community of the Hamilton Dream Centre at 627 Main St West, since 2020. Since the fire at the Dream Centre in May 2026, we are working in temporary accommodations
across the street at Core Church, conveniently nearby at 616 Main Street West.
Flourish Therapy Practices exists on the territory of First Nations people. Specifically, our Hamilton, Ontario practices are within the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and these lands and waters also bear ongoing and historical relationships with other First Nations people, including those within the Neutral Confederacy and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. The practitionners within the FTP clinic are settlers, and as such we have benefited from colonization. We bear both privilege and responsibilities as a result of agreements and violences that have taken place by settlers throughout the colonial history of Turtle Island. We are committed to the health and flourishing of all people, water and land in our care, and aim to honour these responsibilities in all moments.
